How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders, no matter where you live! We work hard to offer FREE shipping for every order, no minimums, and believe it is worth the slight wait!
How long does delivery take?
USA & Canada: 07-18 business days.
Processing time: most items will ship within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm EST will be processed the following Monday.
If you place an order using PayPal echeck, your order will be shipped out after the payment clears.
Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc …) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We include tracking information for every order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification in your Inbox.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don’t worry if you don’t see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see anything after 5 days please contact us.
I ordered multiple items and only received one!
Since we source our products from different suppliers, you will most likely be receiving separate packages for each product! Hang in there and it should arrive soon!
